1. Acceptance of Terms
By ordering a website package from EXEWE ("we", "us") through our website, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel, you ("customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
EXEWE provides ready-made website designs configured with your business content and published under a yearly service plan. Each plan includes a domain name, hosting, ongoing maintenance, SSL certificate, basic SEO, and WhatsApp integration, as described on the selected package.
3. Ordering Process
Orders are initiated by selecting a website package and submitting your request through our booking form or WhatsApp. We will confirm order details, required content, and payment before beginning setup. Delivery timelines are communicated at the time of order confirmation.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless stated otherwise and may change without prior notice for future orders. Full or partial payment, as agreed at the time of order, is required before your website is published and before any custom domain is registered.
5. Service Term and Renewal
Each package is billed yearly. Your subscription covers one year of hosting, domain registration (for plans that include it), and maintenance from the date your website is published. You will be notified in advance of your renewal date; failure to renew may result in your website and domain being taken offline.
6. Customer Content and Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and lawful content for your website. You confirm that you own or have the right to use all content you provide, and you agree to indemnify EXEWE against any claims arising from content you supply.
7. Revisions and Scope of Work
Each package includes a limited number of content updates and design adjustments within the initial setup period. Requests beyond the agreed scope may be treated as an additional service and quoted separately.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Because setup work and domain/hosting purchases begin promptly after payment, refunds are generally not available once configuration has started. Cancellation requests made before setup begins may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
9. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a website that violates these Terms, hosts illegal or harmful content, or remains unpaid past its renewal due date. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before suspension where practical.
10. Intellectual Property
The website template design and underlying code remain the intellectual property of EXEWE and its licensors. You retain ownership of your own business content (text, images, logos) that you provide to us.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EXEWE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of business, data, or revenue.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
